Set on a leafy street in Notting Hill, this prominent townhouse has been completely transformed to meet the needs of a young, growing family. We reconfigured and refurbished the entire property, adding a two-storey closet wing to accommodate a study and powder room. At the rear, we extended the lower ground floor to create expansive, light-filled spaces that suit modern living. To enhance the sense of openness, we excavated the lower ground by around 0.6 metres – a major structural and underpinning effort that significantly increased the ceiling height.

Reduced level dig with associated and underpinning
Reconfiguration across all four floors
New mechanical and electrical system
Installation of air conditioning
Delivery of a bespoke interiors package by Godrich
Sash window replacement and shutter restoration
