The complete internal and external refurbishment and extension of an existing fifth and new-build sixth-floor penthouse in an occupied residential block in the heart of the City of London.

The scope included:

Newly built level on the sixth floor 

Bespoke staircase and joinery 

Installing air conditioning and extensive AV system
Construction of outdoor terrace and external hard landscaping
